CynShine Pilates & Integrated Movement

Cynshine Pilates & Integrated Movement is a brand new upscale studio. We offer only the best of the best and are proud to be a Merrithew Stott Pilates Center and Manduka Yoga Studio & Retailer! Cyndi George (Cynshine as she is known to family and friends), the Owner is originally from Indiana. She relocated to Gilbert with national and international teaching experience from preschool through University levels. As a former gymnast, dancer, cheerleader & coach, she wanted to build a studio where everyone could feel comfortable and encouraged, to learn how to move with ease no matter their experience, age or expertise. 
 
The studio brilliantly blends Pilates, Yoga, Barre, AIS, NKT even Reiki disciplines to help clients reach their goals. At Cynshine we educate our clients how and why their bodies move and compensate and then try to reprogram to remove any dysfunctional patterns. Our goal is to teach, inspire, and provide a place where our community can thrive, support each other & give back to the greater good. All forms and styles of yoga and pilates are welcome here – we believe practicing our disciplines both in and out of the studio.
